Hi!

I’m a graduate student at Iona College. I’m working on a paper for an Organizational Communications class on the techniques and materials used by the Peace Corps to motivate and support its volunteers. greeting — i have been in the peace corps nearly a year and am thinking of et-ing because of some family issues at home. i don’t think one should feel poorly at all about putting in a year regardless of circumstances. it’s a hard job and even just doing a year or less is an amazing experience. i wish you well.

Good for you!! I was thinking of applying for the PC next year, but this lack of policy on sexual abuse toward a PCV leaves me appalled. As a female, this is especially troublesome. Who will have my back if this should occur? Apparently, for now, not the PC.

In anycase, congrats on the launch of this new site!
