OMG…I worked the entire day trying to get everything packed and finally succeeded!! I ended up having to leave some stuff behind, because it wouldn’t fit! It was rather difficult and frustrating trying to decide what to take and what to leave behind! Actually, it got pretty stressful. Every time I thought I had made everything fit, it would still be off by a couple of inches, and I would have to start over again. I figured my biggest problem would be going over on the weight restrictions for the luggage. However, the biggest ordeal was trying to stay within the size limitations!! However, I finally conquered the luggage battle! Even though I didn’t get to take everything I wanted to take, I believe that the things I have packed will be sufficient. This was defiantly a lesson in packing humbly for 27 months of service! I’m sure this will not be the last lesson in humility I will learn in the next 27 months of Peace Corps service It’s just stuff….right???!!!
